Bianca is a 2017 graduate from University of Michigan School of Public Health and is an enthusiastic, hard working Flint, MI native. She began her career in public health at 8 years old, volunteering with Salem Housing’s Operation Brush-Up, a program that rehabilitated housing for low-income families. Since then, she has assisted with the coordination of various public health initiatives; Man Up Man Down, Flint Center for Health Equity, Healthy Flint Research Coordinating Center, Flint Public Health Youth Academy- Community Engagement Studios. She is most popular for her work with The Flint Dental Health Fair and Flint Youth Athletic Mouthguard Event. Her role with Health in Our Hands is to support the principal investigator and research associate for three components of the school-based projects by providing staff support to the community partnerships, plan meetings and events associated with the project, and assist with research and evaluation activities. Currently, she is working with HiOH-FGP to develop a Resource Development Plan and Health Summit Guidebook.
